Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Namay Dentistry is looking for an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant!
Performance Expectations:
- Design and fabricate high-quality aesthetic direct and indirect restorations.
- Perform effective patient communication and accurate patient education.
- Take high-quality diagnostic digital radiographs.
- Exhibit excellent assisting skills in four-handed dentistry.
- Review the patient’s health history and update the necessary information.
- Keep the operatory clean and well organized.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in other areas of work involving Namay Dentistry practices.
- Attend Continuing Education courses as requested.
- Train other team members when necessary.
- Establish trust and care in all patient interactions.
Success Patterns for this position are:
- 1-3 years of EFDA experience.
- A reputation for excellent demeanor with patients and colleagues.
- Has contributed as an individual and as part of a team.
Successful Candidates will have the following Personal Characteristics:
- A passion for providing great dentistry.

Qualifications:
- Current Ohio EFDA

Practice Manager - Maumee
Performance Expectations Include:
- Provide leadership and guidance for all Team members to ensure the practice is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism throughout daily tasks and leadership contributions.
- Confident Treatment Plan presentation.
- Intuitive patient financial action plans.
- Produce and analyze daily/monthly financial reporting.
- Active communication and participation at an organizational level.
Essential Functions:
- The ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks in a timely, independent manner.
- Remain positive and adaptable to changes.
- Skilled in English composition, grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Skilled in use of standard office equipment.
- Proficient computer skills.
- The ability to collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
- The ability to engender trust from patients and co-workers.
Success Patterns for this position are:
- 3-5 years of management/leadership experience in a dental office dedicated to excellence.
- A professional, encouraging demeanor with patients and colleagues.
- Independent and group collaboration skills.
- Insight into Organizational development on both a functional and cultural level.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an office focused on patient experience and excellent dentistry.
Scheduling Coordinator - Maumee
Performance Expectations Include:
- Schedule and adjust operative appointments to maximize the patient care experience and reach the practice profit target.
- Verify insurance information prior to patient operative appointments.
- Courteously answer telephone, route calls, provide information and take messages in accordance with practice procedures.
- Establish and maintain patient records, i.e. insurance, address, contact information.
- Keep Staff and Doctor informed of schedule changes, issues or concerns.
Essential Functions:
- Establish trust and care in all interactions.
- Ability to greet visitors professionally and courteously.
- Maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to multifaceted situations.
- Knowledge of English composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and complete tasks in a timely independent manner.
