• Assist with cleaning, sterilization and maintenance of all instruments in the Sterilization Lab.

• Consistent awareness of the schedule; assure that the front desk is notifying the hygienists/ assistants of changes in the schedule, inform hygienists of changes in arrival time of patients.
• Communication with the doctor when a patient is ready for examination.
• Occasional communication with the hygiene coordinator regarding treatment and/or questions.

Essential Functions:

• Set-up for any impromptu needs of Hygienists during patient treatment, i.e. digital sensor,
  fluoride, Cavitron, intra-oral cameras.
• Greet and seat patients when necessary.
• Take diagnostic radiographs and high-quality intra-oral photos.
• Keep stock in the Hygiene operatories and the Sterilization Lab.
• If requested, assistance with sealant placement.
• Assemble patient care bags.
