Dr. Namay

Dr. Namay graduated top of his class in 2006 from Indiana University. He also received the Award of Merit from the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry while still in school. Since graduation, he has continued his pursuit of life-long learning with advanced training in orthodontics, implants and cosmetic dentistry. He is also a member of Spear Education.

Dr. Namay has a philosophy of care to treat everyone the way he would want his family to be treated. Compassionate dental care is the Namay way.

He has four (very active) sons Georgie, August, Robert and Rocco, and two sweet, smiley daughters, Mary Catherine and Zeta. The entire family shares a love of the outdoors, hiking and being on the water.

Dr. Yara Al Hamwi

One of Dr. Yara Al Hamwi’s pivotal moments in choosing dentistry as a career was witnessing a shaken patient transform into bright confidence after a new smile. Since then, she has dedicated her career to helping patients achieve optimal oral health and creating smiles that bring joy and self-assurance.

Dr. Yara joined Namay Dentistry in 2024 and is proud to be part of a team that shares her values in ethics, personalized care, and an enjoyable, welcoming atmosphere. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with patients and providing compassionate care for many years to come.

She grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry from Loyola University. She then completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry.

Now living in Toledo, Ohio, with her husband and three children, Dr. Yara enjoys exploring local parks and libraries with her family. In her free time, she loves crafting and crocheting.
